Max
Max, you came into our lives as a 2007 Christmas surprise. From the start we loved your pink nose and big floppy and super soft ears. You loved your toys and you never tired of bounding after them. Even to the end, you did not turn down the opportunity to chase after your toy one last time. The beach was your absolute most favorite place to be. You always wanted to run after your ball just one more time. Your heart was enormous; you were our personal therapy dog. Your personality was as big as your heart. You always made us laugh. We could talk to you about anything and you always seemed to understand.
Now that you’re gone, the house is very quiet. You were one of a kind and there will always be an empty place in our hearts that only you were capable of filling. We love you and our lives are forever changed because of you.
