Yoshi, also known as Cheeseburger, was the best member of our family.
She was a spunky playful little sister to our beloved Shiloh, and a kind and gentle big sister to Harley. We’ll miss all of Yoshi’s quirks:
Eating perlite out of the garden, her hesitance crossing thresholds, only drinking water from a birdbath or a hose or a fountain, her one big “woof” she’d give to cars driving by our house too fast.
Yoshi overcame adversity in her life–but she was always brave and always came out the other side with her kind spirit intact.
As her dark chin hairs turned white, and with her fetching days behind her, Yoshi was perfectly content spending most of the days in her garden–listening to the birds and smelling all the smells. And that is where her life peacefully ended, surrounded by everyone that loved her most. We miss you Cheese.
